Days 1–4 — Protect

• Keep it dry. No washing, no soaking, no heavy sweating — moisture lifts unhealed pigment. Pat gently with clean tissue if needed.
• Hands off. No touching, scratching or picking — flakes must shed on their own or they take pigment with them.
• No gym, sauna or sun. Sweat and UV are the two big enemies of the first 96 hours.
• Sleep on a clean pillowcase. Fresh cover nights 1–3; a soft towel over the pillow works too.

Days 5–10 — Ease back

• First gentle wash at day 5 — lukewarm water, fragrance-free cleanser from your kit, fingertips only, pat dry.
• Light exercise from day 5, full training from day 7 if flaking has finished.
• First clipper pass at day 7 — electric clippers only; blade shaving waits until day 14.
• No swimming until day 10 — pools and sea both. Plan Phuket beach time before your session, not after.

Long term — Preserve

• SPF 30+ in strong sun. UV is the main fading force — sunscreen or a cap meaningfully extends your result's life.
• Moisturise occasionally. Healthy, hydrated skin holds pigment sharper. Any plain fragrance-free lotion.
• Skip exfoliating acids on the scalp. AHA/BHA products accelerate fading — check your shampoo labels once.
• Refresh when you feel like it — typically year 3–6. Existing-client refresh sessions from ฿8,000.
