Too much hair to shave, too little to feel confident under bright light. That middle stage is exactly where density enhancement lives — and it's where women's part-line widening and men's early crown thinning respond best.
- Widening part lines — the most common women's case; the part reads narrow again after two sessions.
- Thinning crowns — shading kills the shine-through that overhead lighting exposes.

Honest limit: density work needs existing hair to blend into. If your loss is advanced (Norwood V+), full SMP will look better and age better — and we'll show you both options in the mock-up rather than sell you the wrong one.

Specific to this treatment.
No — density work uses soft shading between follicles rather than crisp hairline-style impressions. The effect is a reduction of scalp-to-hair contrast; there's nothing dot-like to see through hair at normal length.
The shading keeps working — but if loss progresses significantly, we add zones at refresh pricing rather than re-charging the full package. We'll also talk honestly at consultation about stabilising treatment for the hair you still have.
Blonde and grey both work — pigment tone is mixed lighter to match. Pure white hair is the one honest limitation: the contrast can't be matched convincingly, and we'll tell you so at the patch test rather than after a paid session.
