Privacy Policy

What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, phone, WhatsApp, email), consultation details (treatment interest, age range, notes), and — only if you provide them — photos of your scalp or hair for assessment and treatment documentation.
How we use it
To assess your case, prepare your mock-up and quote, schedule sessions, run aftercare check-ins and maintain your treatment file (pigment mixes, session records) so future refreshes match. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Your photos
Consultation photos are stored privately in your client file. Before-and-after images are published only with your separate, explicit, written consent — and consent can be withdrawn at any time, removing the images from all our channels.
Retention & deletion
Client files are kept while you remain a client (they make refreshes and touch-ups accurate). You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or full deletion at any time — WhatsApp or email us; we confirm completion within 30 days.
Website data
This site sets no marketing cookies. Basic analytics (if enabled at launch) collect aggregate page statistics only. Forms transmit over HTTPS and deliver only to studio-controlled inboxes.
