Terms of Service

Consultations & quotes
Consultations, mock-ups and patch tests are free and create no obligation. Written quotes are fixed and valid for 90 days from issue.
Deposits & cancellation
A ฿3,000 deposit reserves session dates and is deducted from your package total. Fully refundable up to 7 days before your first session; within 7 days it converts to a rebooking credit. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
Package pricing
Package prices include all listed sessions, the aftercare kit, and scheduled reviews. Payment may be split 50/50 across sessions at no surcharge. Prices on the website are indicative; your written quote is the binding figure.
The 12-month touch-up window
Any treated zone that settles lighter or less even than the agreed documented result will be refined free of charge within 12 months of your final session. Assessment is made against your treatment-file photography under studio lighting. This warranty is void where aftercare instructions were materially not followed (e.g., swimming or heavy sun exposure during the healing window).
Candidacy & refusal
We may decline or postpone treatment on clinical grounds (immature scar tissue, active skin conditions, unrealistic expectations, age considerations). Deposits are refunded in full when we decline.
Results disclaimer
Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure. Healed appearance varies with skin type, aftercare and sun exposure. Documented cases on this site are real single-client outcomes, not guarantees of identical results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are handled first by good-faith negotiation — historically, our disputes count stands at zero, and we intend to keep it there.
